Chloe Moretz Up for Carrie Remake Yesterday we learned that the lead in MGM’s Carrie remake was narrowed down to Hugo star Chloe Moretz and Haley Bennett. Now, Deadline Hollywood is reporting that MGM has officially made an offer to Chloe Moretz to play the iconic character of Carrie. From Hugo to Kick-Ass to costarring in this summer’s Dark Shadows, Moretz has proven that she’s one of Hollywood’s shining young stars. I think she’d be great for this role. Thoughts?
